AFA was founded in 1994, in Dallas, TX by Grace Gagnet, a Certified Safety Professional with over 20 years of experience.

Our mission is to become the highest quality provider of web-based safety and health knowledge management tools and bilingual training courses in the U.S., and the leading provider of outside bilingual safety services for private companies in Texas so that injuries and illnesses to employees, contractors, and guests can be prevented in the workplace, and so that clients can meet OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulatory requirements.
